Spotless. The house, furniture and equipment is in perfect condition. Very spacious. Large kitchen, outdoor seating, BBQ present, very comfortable beds. Close to Zion national park, and less than a 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon national park.
30 minute ride for nearest supermarkt, you need to plan a bit.

The house was spotless, cozy, and in such a perfect location. Waking up on the cliff and watching the sunrise was absolutely magical. It had all the amenities we needed as a family, which made our stay so comfortable and easy. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely love to come back!”

Very cozy, big house with great huge windows overlooking a small canyon. Great terrace. Comfy beds. Plenty of space (we were 10 guests). Well equipped kitchen (there was an electric kettle which I have never seen in any American house!). Cooking essentials (oil, spices etc.). Very clean. Not completely isolated but very private and quiet. Lots of wild life just outside (dear, turkeys, rabbits). 15 min drive to Zion east entrance (stunning scenic drive). Best rental home I have ever stayed at.
There is only one bath/shower upstairs to share and one at master bedroom. Not too easy to find (google maps loose track here and there near the property). Closest store is 30-40 min drive.
