About this house rental

Nestled in Possum Kingdom Lake, this attractive house for $1,267 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful, new home checks all of the boxes for an ultimate vacation destination. As you walk through the front door, your eyes will travel through the wall of glass, across the serene swimming pool and you will experience a beautiful wide open view of the lake and breathtaking views of the cliff wall across the calm cove. The open concept living, dining and kitchen is bright and welcoming and serves as a perfect spot for relaxing with your group. The kitchen has all of the items needed to make your stay comfortable, including a large side by side refrigerator, propane stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, separate beverage fridge, ice maker and large island with seating for 4. In addition, a 6 person dining table is adjacent to the kitchen area. Two large glass sliders lead from the living/kitchen to the huge outdoor patio with vaulted wood plank ceilings. You won’t miss your favorite sporting event, while outside grilling or lounging in the pool, as there is a large TV mounted on the wall of the patio near the large seating and lounge area. You can enjoy meals or play cards at the large, round outdoor table. Grilling will be a breeze on the propane grill in the outdoor bar area or show off your skills on the Kamado Joe Grill. The dock is available for your use and boats are welcome to tie up on either side. The Owners boat and jet skis will stay on dock. If you still have energy after a day on the lake, shoot some hoops on the basketball court located adjacent to the patio and pool area. If you are looking for a relaxing vibe, you might want to lounge in the pool. In the evenings, head up to the built-in outdoor fireplace and roast some marshmallows. The King master bedroom has beautiful lake views from its wall of windows overlooking the pool, basketball court and quiet cove. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the cliff wall each morning. The master bathroom has two separate vanities, a soaking tub, walk in shower and separate toilet room. The second king bedroom is located next to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the house, two other bedrooms each have two queen beds in each room. They share a bathroom with a double vanity. A walk-in shower and toilet are located within the bathroom with a separate door. A laundry room with a washer and dryer are also located on this side of the home. There are a few stairs to enter the home and to get to the dock, therefore, this home may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. This properties dock is affected by fluctuating water levels. Please ask for information on current lake level and dock usage.

This house was perfect for our summer camp with the grandchildren. Each year we have our 8 grandchildren to our lake house for a summer camp. We recently sold our lake house and picked this house for our camp. It was great. The pool, the setup/design of the house, and to have the dock accessible for our boat was first rate. We will definitely have the house on the shortlist for next year.

Brought my 89 and 90 year old parents and grown children for a short Father’s Day stay. House is beautiful, pool was refreshing, boat dock a short walk. Had a wonderful stay!!

Took our family to PK for an extended Father’s Day weekend and this home exceeded our expectations! Everything is new and clean. Access to the dock was super easy and the pool overlooks the lake. We absolutely love this home and will definitely be back! Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. A+++

Amazing property....we were not disappointed!!! The home was very clean and we were provided with everything we needed from a very large,well equipped kitchen, a great patio for the family to gather, easy lake access from the dock, and the basketball court was a big hit for our grandsons!! Hope to stay again !!

We loved the house. Perfect location. The basketball court and pool were wonderful for the teenagers. It was so peaceful and quiet too. I will definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for a spring break get away with the family. The location on the lake was perfect, and having the dock to use was an added bonus! The house looked brand new, and was very clean. The managers were very receptive and great to deal with. We’ll be back!
