Located in Boca Raton, this attractive house for $225 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This house is a home: your vacation home. With a solid nod and smile to nature and the natural elements of South Florida, guests will find they are feeling a bit more relaxed tropical, beachy, and filled with coastal cool. The ocean breeze will sway the huge lush green leaves of the white bird of paradise and the palms. The sunshine will warm you while making the day sparkle as you lounge outside in the courtyard drinking sweet tea. There is something for everyone: from the outdoors at the park next door to the hidden intracoastal beach to the sanctuary of the 3 extra-large bedrooms fully equipped for lounging and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is an epicurean's delight, but then again with so many choices of restaurants within a few blocks to downtown East Boca Raton, the local shopping plazas or Atlantic Ave. in downtown east Delray, maybe some days you would prefer not to cook! There are 2 ring security floodlight cameras on the property. One is by the driveway to the garage door. The other camera is for the entry way to front door and courtyard. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the house.

Although the house was neat and extremely clean, the main air conditioner was right next to the master bedroom and was so loud that we could not sleep in that room. We had to sleep in a smaller guest bedroom. The guest bathroom sink did not drain well and would fill up with water when we were brushing our teeth. The kitchen was great and the living room was spacious and comfortable.

This house was clean, well appointed, and centrally located. We were visiting family, so did not use the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, split units worked well, and we had everything we needed and more. Owner is friendly and a good communicator. Fran’s fried chicken, Flakowitz bagels, and Starbucks only a block away - what more do you need???

I booked this property to provide a close location to FAU, while sending my daughter off to college. There was plenty of room for 5 guests to sleep comfortably. (a small twin was in one of the bedrooms that had a queen size bed as well). It was beautifully located across from Lake Wyman Park, with a circular driveway and ample parking in front of the home. The wall of sliding doors in the main area of the house provided great lighting and a view of lush landscaping with a BBQ & lounge chairs & table. It felt so tropical. The host provided everything necessary from a fully loaded kitchen with appliances, dishes, and all the comforts of home (Angelina even left snacks).Beach towels & chairs were also provided. Use of the washer and dryer was so convenient for our family. The property was extremely clean, had T.V.'s in all the bedrooms. The communication with the host was pleasant at all times. I would highly recommend this property. It might just be our go to for our future visits to FAU to visit our daughter for the next 4 years. Thank you Angelina for your hospitality. Ric & Cathy

This place was excellent coupled with an excellent host. Located on a cul-de-sac, very quiet, next to a beautiful park with lots of wide range in age options. Having two full bathrooms was critical for our 4 person family and there was plenty of space to hang out including the beautifully landscaped courtyard for outdoor seating on another sunny day in Florida. The publix grocery store was within a walking distance as were a few restaurants and downtown Boca was about a 20 minute walk featuring more restaurants, high end stores, and other interesting places. Beach was also about a 20 minute walk, but plenty of parking at beach to bring all of your stuff. Can't recommend this place more! Better than the pictures. Keep in mind most places (including Publix) close at 10pm.

Beautifully appointed home in quiet alcove of East Boca. Fantastic location - walk to Mizner and myriad of restaurants. Easy by car to beach and towns. A super host who Is close by and extremely accommodating. Hope to stay there again

My husband and I stayed here recently and our two daughters flew in to visit with us. We have stayed in other locations in this area as my mother-in-law lives in Boca. This was a favorite. Angelina's home is in a great neighborhood. It is very safe and is surrounded by a beautiful park. The house was so wonderful - open and spacious. It is even better than the photos. So many pieces of the furniture are beautiful vintage pieces that all work well together. The porch is an oasis and we enjoyed having a morning coffee outside. Angelina thought of many details like beach chairs and beach towels and she even had some welcome snacks. Overall - it is a well maintained home that offers plenty of space and is located to three easy to access beaches. We would definitely rent here again on another visit.

If you want a five start experience, book this home. Angelina is the most thoughtful and accommodating host I’ve booked with. The home is spacious, clean, well appointed and in the perfect location. You can even walk to a few shops, restaurants and of course the park across the street. I was so impressed with our stay, that I rebooked for next month. If you’re wanting to stay in the renowned Boca area, then you found your place!
