Arenella Beach - Nestled in a vast Mediterranean garden complete with a tennis court right on the water’s edge and direct access to the beach, Villa Nilssen is spread over two separate floors, both offering stunning views and white porticos framing the terraces. The property’s parking area is at the rear, on the hillside, where the tennis court is also loca bocce.La, the villa is 100-150 meters from the beach.
The apartment on the 1st floor / top floor has an independent external staircase. Super-panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of the Arenella Bay and Monte Argentario, complete with outdoor furniture: a table with benches and sun loungers. Inside, there is a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, a 4-burner stove and electric oven, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with two single beds, which can also be accessed from the terrace.
At Marco and Andrea’s beach stand, you can rent lounge chairs, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, pedal boats, and boats. Antonello’s bar/restaurant serves hot and cold dishes from sunrise to sunset.
The two apartments can be rented either separately or together.

It was beautiful! everything was perfect. The location is great, peaceful. We enjoyed the house and the terrace and the garden and the beautiful view.
There is everything what you need in the house.
The contact with the owner and the handover of the house was excellent
