7-11, Aeon, supermarket, Family Mart, plus a bakery were all extremely close. 24-hr coin laundry within walking distance. Train station was less than 5 minute walk away. It was very quiet in the hotel, with concrete walls you could sleep soundly.

I loved the rooms, very spacious. Self-service amenities all conveniently accessible from the main entrance. Location was a nice change away from major trainlines

The neighbourhood this place is in is great. It’s easy to access the train and get around to Tokyo conveniently. There are great facilities nearby and choices about food. There is a choice of different laundromats nearby.
This was my poorest and weirdest hotel experience in travelling anywhere in the world and I did eventually feel unsafe staying here. They misrepresent the facilities available as I used the air conditioning from when I had arrived, I powered it on and set the temperature from inside my room using the tools that the room provides, as I normally would for a hotel, all was fine for a few days. After a few days I received a message from the hotel via booking asking if I had used the heating, I explained that I was using the air conditioning and I asked if I should stop. They then said they would check it out and said if the room had reached the appropriate temperature I could switch it off. Later on I was resting in bed without clothes on and someone from the hotel staff gained access to the room, without knocking and while I had the “do not disturb” sign up. They came in and tried to explain that me using the air conditioning had caused a problem with making guests in other rooms too hot. I was still clothesless in bed at this point and did not really understand what was going on so let them do their thing, they then went away and came back a bit later, this time with a second staff member. The staff poked around on the air conditioning control panel that’s accessible in the room and then asked about the conditions I was trying to achieve. I said it was too hot and so I was using the air conditioning to cool down which is where they then offered to open the window as I wouldn’t be able to use the air conditioner. Opening the window was okay but not great. I can’t really recommend a place like this where people will walk into your room unannounced and without asking to come in or knocking first, while you are without clothes in bed as it definitely does not feel very safe. I tried putting up the “please clean the room” sign a couple of times, but I don’t think I was early enough as I do like to sleep in.
