Appartamento spazioso e con un buon potenziale.
Scarsa manutenzione della casa, dalle poche posate, bicchieri e tazzine tutte diverse... alle zanzariere malfunzionanti e ai condizionatori privi di alette, non puliti a dovere. Il terrazzino con poltroncine carine ma ad uso esclusivo dei gatti. Parcheggio riservato e comodo ma con ingresso sempre colmo di rifiuti.
