La posizione della struttura ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo sono il punto forte della struttura: non solo si trova praticamente di fronte Palazzo Pitti e a due passi dal centro, ma soprattutto, trovandosi nell'altra sponda dell'Arno, non è situata in una zona eccessivamente frequentata dai turisti come il centro storico. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e prossimo ad una zona molto frequentata da giovani la sera e in generale da fiorentini. Il costo è molto contenuto rispetto alla media delle strutture prossime al centro o in generale a Firenze e offre una serie di vantaggi rispetto ad un hotel o B&B, essendo un piccolo appartamento. I proprietari sono stati da subito molto disponibili: ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un'altra struttura gratuitamente a pochi passi dalla stazione fino all'orario del check-in (che è stato anche anticipato per soddisfare una nostra richiesta) e, quando gli abbiamo segnalato un problema, sono intervenuti velocemente.
La struttura era esattamente ciò che ci aspettavamo, nei pregi e nei difetti. Per noi, che siamo due giovani ragazzi, si è rivelata favorevole alle nostre esigenze, ma mi rendo conto che non è perfetta, e potrebbe risultare scomoda per una famiglia, in quanto si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo vecchio con scale strette e ripide e nessun ascensore, l'appartamento è piccolo e ricavato da una mansarda: l'angolo cottura è molto stretto e il bagno è molto piccolo, privo di una serratura con chiave e inoltre molte finestre non avevano tende. Per alcuni tutto questo può sembrare irrilevante rispetto ai vantaggi, per altri invece può rappresentare una seria difficoltà.

Great location. Little run down in the bathroom but amazing terrace and location + responsive staff!
If you have big bags or older because of the tight stairs might not be for you :) Shower holder was loose and toilet seat was loose.

Great location with a lot of nice restaurants and close walking distance to the city, romantic and cozy apartment.
A lot of stairs, so if your not walking well this could be a problem.

The apartment was very charming. The balcony was a great asset to have. Great location we loved the area.
The place was a little tired which is understandable to a degree. Obviously it is an old building so things like no lift or general dust make sense. I would however mention that the shower and sofa bed were in poor condition but apart from that it’s the price you pay to stay in an older apartment, which was a risk we were happy to take.
