The space
Downstairs there is a full sized kitchen, large kitchen table, master bedroom with a queen bed, full size bathroom and coffee bar area. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, tv and kid play area. Inside the barn is a full sized washer and dryer, pool table, ping pong table, bar, seating area, pop a shot basketball and other games and fun things. Outside there is a fishing dock, patio with fire pit, sandbox, large patio table, patio swing and more!

You'll have full access to the barndominum, game room, lake and 100+ acres surrounding the property.
Other things to note
We are currently treating the lake for the lilies. We are hoping to have them gone by summer, sorry for any inconvenience to the fishing. If the lilies are too thick to fish, the state park is also stocked with bass and trout.

Cute Barndominium- loft with beds, eat in kitchen,bathroom and bedroom. All well stocked, clean, and cozy. Kids loved the game room. No wifi and very limited cell service. Down long drive that got muddy/soft with rain.Quiet and peaceful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The game room was fun. We hiked the trail at daingerfield state park, highly recommended. The lock on the front gate could use some WD40. Thank y'all for the hospitality.

This was the perfect getaway for our little family. Although the lake was crowded with lily pads, we were still able to catch a few fish, and in the evenings we really enjoyed spending time together in the the game room. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. As for the property, it was really nice and peaceful. And you cant beat relaxing on the swing with a lakeview!Already planning to go back next year.

We weren't told until we paid that the lake is full of lily pads. They suggested we go to State park to fish ...really? Pay state park fee, fishing license and not able to relax doing it at the house. We tried fishing 6 or 8 times...always brought in Lilly pads... No coffee pods....all hot chocolate. we had to go buy our own when it said coffee bar available. It was nice and comfortable but sadly these important things were not done. Might suggest gravel be brought in for 2 places in road. Lucky we know how to drive on deep muddy roads....
