Laundry-washer and dryer are available. Detergent is provided. The entire home is accessible to all guests. The only exception is the garage, which is reserved for the cleaning service, in order to ensure the house is sparkling clean and prepared for every stay. I may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to the home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. Guest are given a set code to access the home during check in walk-through. Max occupancy of the property at any point in time is 8 people. ▪️ This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the City of Wilton Manors has a strict Noise Ordinance that will be enforced during your stay. The Noise Ordinance is from 10PM-7AM. Any noise complaint may result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund. NoiseAware technology monitors the property for our mutual safety --- but to be clear these devices DO NOT record any conversations whatsoever inside the house or the backyard, as we respect your privacy. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in an unusually poor condition, to compensate our cleaning staff for extra time.
