Getting Around: While there is a bus line that runs on Alameda de las Pulgas, public transit in this area isn't great, so you'll definitely need a car, or use Uber or Lyft. Other Things to Note: Note that the back of the house has two stories, and on the second story there is a second rental unit. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a full-time tenant. By the lease, the tenant is not allowed to use the back yard, so that's all yours.
