Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo bayside condo uniquely located in the Island at Hidden Harbor on 125th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This unit is on the first floor overlooking the marsh with an unobscured bayfront view. You can expect extraordinary sunsets in the evenings and peaceful morning meditation on the spacious deck. A king bed in the first bedroom and 2 double beds in the second bedroom comfortably accommodate up to six guests (there is a queen sleep sofa if more sleeping separation is needed). The complex offers an outdoor pool for guest's enjoyment, plus Northside Park with it's walking paths, sports complex, playground and piers is essentially next door featuring many sporting events and weekly Sundaes in the Park with fireworks during the summer. This complex has now added 2 pickle ball nets and has lined the tennis courts so you can play whichever game you prefer! Property rents Saturday - Saturday only. Blankets are provided.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
