A little beach paradise with the comforts of home

Right on the beach, incredible service from the entire staff, and tremendous food at the restaurant.

Fantastic spot for a relaxing few days - highly recommended.

Great cottages across from the beach in a small compound with a very pleasant dining area. Easy walk to the cliff and local sights and the beach for a swim. Had a great sleep listening to the waves on the shore. Sad we could not stay longer.

That we couldn't stay longer. Also, the air conditioner and fans were very old and noisy - would be great if these were updated.

A night by the sea, listening to the waves.

A change of scenery, with a team that was very attentive to our needs. The room faces the sea, from which we are separated by a few coconut palms. Meals are served in the restaurant, as is breakfast, which is complete and very fresh.

Calm and peace guaranteed

I like everything about Maadathil especially the food from their restaurant. I strongly recommend the fish in banana leaf, it's a must try dish from there. .

Hôtel récent, propre et chambres confortables.

Restaurant (situé dans l'autre établissement) est très décevant. Pour un restaurant de bord de mer le choix et la qualité des poissons est três limité. Premier accès compliqué car pas d'indications et mal répertorié sur Google maps et Apple plans. Une piscine serait un plus car difficile de se baigner sur les plages alentours. Aussi impossible de profiter des transats et hamacs au risque de recevoir une noix de coco sur la tête car les cocotiers ne sont pas protégés (contrairement aux hôtels alentours).

A great place to enjoy a piece of paradise

Great location on Odayam Beach, about a 30 minute walk from North Cliff. Suitable for those looking to stay at a quiet part of the beach but still accessible to North Cliff. Clean comfortable rooms, with a beach view. Staff is very welcoming and always on hand to offer assistance.

very nice place directly at the beach with friendly staff

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. the Hotel is directly at a beautiful beach, where you can go for a swim. the staff is also very friendly and helped us with everything. The food at the restaurant is very good and not expensive. You can walk to varkala beach within 30 minutes or take a tuk tuk. We definitely recommend to stay at this place.

Have stayed at Maadathil Cottages many times but thought I would give their new property a try - they have certainly rai

The location is perfect, overlooking the beach & slightly raised so uninterrupted views. This is a new property so everything is sparkling clean/brand new - & of the highest quality. I particularly liked the fact that the rooms have their own individual access & huge balconies. Breakfast is also a highlight - generous, comprehensive & very leisurely!
