Locația a fost ideală pentru noi. La câteva minute pe jos de Târgul de carte pentru copii și la 20 minute de centru.

Posizione perfetta per impegni presso Bologna Fiere. Affaccio sul parco pubblico retrostante,
silenzioso, vista gradevole, parco perfetto per fare passeggiate durante le pause di lavoro, avendo la comodità di ripassare brevemente da casa. Risposte dal gestore (Realkasa) sempre prontissime, inclusa la fattura alla fine della locazione.
Dettagli secondari: Mancherebbero delle istruzioni scritte su come buttare la spazzatura (ogni città è diversa), e dovrebbe essere consegnata (magari dietro cauzione) la carta smeraldo per buttare i rifiuti non riciclabili. Il fatto che venga consegnato un solo telecomando per i condizionatori delle due stanze rende impossibile capire dal display del telecomando l'impostazione corrente del condizionatore.

The apartment was newly constructed and everything was clean. It was quiet also and in a good location.
We actually didn’t like the quality of the pillows as they seemed overused, so we highly recommend the owner to change them as well as change a curtain on the bathroom because every time we were having a bath the water was all over the place
