Spacious. Comfortable bed.
Slight distance from central. Likely there is bus service to take but we don’t know. So, we walked about 15 mins each day to the central each way.

Een prachtig appartement voorzien van alle gemakken met een besloten entree en parkeergelegenheid. Restaurant en winkels om de hoek en de perfecte locatie om van daaruit Bologna te bezoeken. Een goed bereikbare en erg vriendelijke host.

The suite is bright and cheery; everything is new and clean. The air conditioning (one unit in the kitchen/living room and one in the bedroom) was fantastic! Don't underestimate the importance of a/c during an Italian summer. The neighborhood is quiet -- about a 30-minute walk from the heart of the old town (Piazza Maggiore). One really nice perk is the nearby Eurospar supermarket (3-minute walk). Our host, Veronica, was very responsive and sent detailed instructions (with videos!) about how to find the place, open the gate, and access the key. There is a free, dedicated parking space right next to the unit -- very convenient.
This is minor, but the TV was quite small. I didn't care, but my teenage son was very interested in watching the FIFA World Cup matches.
