Very pleasant breakfast with plenty of variety and fresh bread. We enjoyed every bit of it, and hope there is a chance to also enjoy Japanese style / bento breakfast in the selection during a long stay.
If we must say, it would be 'no shuttle' option to the village. The change of weather (cold) also altered the temperature of the hotspring quite a bit (it was not hot enough on day 3 and 4) and there was no option to make it hotter (but only colder). Sometimes we feel the communication in English was a bit difficult at times. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay very much.

The whole team made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. The food was exceptional, some of the finest produce, prepared with incredible skill and thoughtfulness. A true culinary experience! Every detail, from the architecture to the surrounding nature, feels intentional and creates an incredibly peaceful environment that truly allows you to slow down and unwind.
I wish I had booked a longer stay.
