About this house rental
Dip your toes in the water at Straits Serenity! This newly constructed coastal home offers expansive water views from every porch and window. Nature lovers will relish the variety of marine life, including egrets, pelicans, dolphins, and boaters. The contemporary design features a modern kitchen and spacious living area with a fresh, open feel, perfect for fostering conversations and easy movement among guests.
The primary bedroom, located on the second floor, features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. Also on the second floor, a second bedroom offers a king bed, while a third bedroom features two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the first floor, you'll find an additional bedroom with a king bed and access to a nearby full bathroom. An elevator provides convenient access between floors, making it easy to transport luggage, groceries, or accommodate guests with mobility needs.
Experience the charm of two-story waterfront living, with the third floor unoccupied during your stay for added privacy. Straits Serenity is tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet close to fine dining and shopping. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, or kayaking from your private dock. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-Guests do not have access to the third floor
-Home has outdoor security cameras
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are stairs on the dock that lead to a really shallow area in the water guest can load kayaks
-There is one boat lift available for a renter. Facing the water the lift on the right side is the one available for use
-Boat lift can hold up to 5,000 LBS, cannot hold a boat bigger than 24 foot.

What a well thought out house and design. It is a beautiful home that is well equipped right down to the elevator cart to make loading and unloading a breeze. We really enjoyed our time there and what a great view.

Everything about this property was exactly what we were hoping for. Comfortable, relaxing, and close enough to activities but in a quiet location. The beds and sitting areas are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed.

This house is in the perfect location not too far from the basics or shopping but also far enough that it is in the most tranquil area. The accommodations are phenomenal. Our favorite place to stay!!

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful location and we were instantly at home. We spent our time enjoying the dock, kayaks, and having our boat on hand for spontaneous outings was a great feature. Beds and baths were clean and comfortable, views amazing. We will definitely return to this location - any questions we asked or needs we had during our stay were immediately addressed with a high level of service. A+++
