DO NOT BOOK

Location Size of flat very good Kitchen has everything needed including microwave and oven

The front door was described by the landlord as 'sticky'. But it wasnt just sticky! It was impossible to open the front door. I had to ring other peoples doorbells to enter! Very difficult when you have three kids! Internet wasnt working for 2 evenings so I couldn't do my.work online and the.kids were unable to use their tablets or go on the tv. Bedding had been used not washed. It was smelly and disgusting. Luckily I had.my own duvet and sheets so i put theirs on the side. Bathroom door doesnt lock Was offered a good will gesture due to internet not working but then they got back to me! Very rude.

Decent sized for weekend trip

Suprisingly big property, comfy mattress does exactly what you need it to on a quick trip to Glasgow.

Furniture not very clean. But again did what needed to be done for a quick trip.

The location was good for what we needed. It seemed quiet at night but never experienced the weekend. Allowed early check-in (12.30 rather than 15.00) which was great but £20 extra.

Having paid the £20 for the cleaner to come in early didn’t look as if they’d been in. Floors dirty and microwave not clean. The place generally didn’t feel clean. No hot water. Hot water for shower but very low pressure. On arrival found key safe isn’t securely fixed to wall. Communal front door to flats is difficult to access. Front door to flat was also difficult to access on arrival but that was due to the lock on inside falling off as we got in. Secured this ourselves and was fine for the rest of stay. Other issues like hole in kitchen ceiling and no lock on bathroom door which didn’t even close properly. I don’t usually do reviews but it says they help hosts to improve on what they’re doing……

décor needs an uplift, repairs required to several area throughout flat, white goods not clean e.g. micro / cooker dirty. curtains and blinds in both rooms were in bad condition couldn't block out lights from outside at night
