Kat and Max were very helpful

Carlton the manager, Max at the front desk, the bartenders and the head chef who bakes one of the tastiest croissants as part of their continental breakfast. Staff is the best part of the hotel. It’s also great to have a lively bar scene at the hotel but it’s not loud or disruptive for sleeping since it’s away from the rooms.
With the vast amount of space at the property I’d say a pool would make sense and elevate the experience. The manager mentioned they are looking at adding a pool maybe for next season. I’d come back if they did add one.

The location and some design of the rooms
There were no facilities there, we remember ruschmeyers as a bustling place, it was all closed and looked out of business. It felt very odd and it was not communicated that this was the case.
