Clean, good location, comfortable beds.
The curtains in the Room (3) did not cover the window. Up all night. If we had been staying more than one night, we would have had to leave or get another room. the outside lights blared through and then the sun.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were fesh and updated. Beds were comfortable. Beach was just across the way and we had a view. Restaurants and cafes short walking distance. Some improvements can be made to made to the light switches which were quirky to operate and some didn’t seem to work. Floors were swept but not cleaned. Hard to keep the sand from being tracked in, so i asked for a broom and one was delivered to our room quickly. That was helpful to us. Staff was very helpful. And the wellness room was the best I have seen.

The location is great. Centrally located for getting groceries and going to restaurants and stores in downtown Montauk, yet still out of the way and quiet.
Only thing that could be better is if it was on the beach side of the road but other than that, perfect!
Clean modern rooms. Coffee maker great to have as was the small stove and fridge.
HVAC was quiet and efficient. Fan on ceiling great idea!
Beds very comfortable and great to have a balcony to look out and sit at for breakfast and evening relaxation.
Go for the second storey rooms for the balcony.
Having a pet friendly hotel made ALL the difference for us. Thank you for taking this amenity into account!
Everything is new including the dials for lighting the room, but they are a little confusing as they are controls I've never seen before. Once explained to me they were great. The staff requests that you contact them by 10am in order to clean the rooms. We missed the timeline but they still came when we requested it in the early afternoon so all good.
I understand that it is a more efficient way to schedule for housekeeping as it saves time but what we found was we always forgot to text the office in time and it ended up putting off the housekeepers. Just a thought.
Could use a tea kettle to boil water.
Regarding the pool hours, because of the heat it would have been nice that it opened at 9am rather than 10am.
We wanted to get as early a morning swim in so that we could leave for the day before it got too hot outside.

The location of Offshore was amazing. A stones throw from the beach and a short walk into town. The rooms were beautiful and such luxurious products in the bathroom - which was a lovely touch!
Our room wasn't cleaned once whilst we were there, which was a bit of a shame. For the price we paid, I would've expected it to be touched up each day. Spa facilities didn't look complete, but we put that down to the hotel still being so new.
