Location, pool, safety pool guard very friendly, room clean, get refreshed very well after one night, balcony and balcony floor,

Hotel was nice a tad bit outdated but expected for the price and the area. The location was phenomenal! Right on the beach, perfect for families with little ones to go back and forth all day and really enjoy the beach.
The room was a little outdated. The lock on the sliding door to one of our rooms was broken, which is a security concern . Would be great if each room had a little broom and dust pan.

Small TV, jope it can be ipdated to a bigger one. The TV seems like a computer monitor size.

Beach location and distance to town
You placed us in the middle of a family reunion. They were loud, obnoxious and pigs. They took our balcony furniture so we had no chairs one morning. They left garbage all over. They had young kids riding scooters on deck with no parental supervision. We could not use deck area at all. I paid $1200 for 2 nights and was not happy. Also ice machine brook all 3 days, bathroom barn door constantly off track. Screen door all shredded. Slider did not lock. Big safety issue. I will be reaching out to property owners if I do not get a reply to this. Oh and the office doesn’t open until 9.
