Can't beat that Ocean view and proximity to the beach. Loved the practical kitchen and dining area, along with balcony. Very spacious room.

Beautiful place by the ocean. Our room was on top floor and ocean view. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you Robert for everything!

The room was spotless and well equipped, staff were responsive, the partial beach views were wonderful, and parking was available. I would definitely highly recommend Hartman’s Britney Breeze.

We had a great stay at Briney's Breezes. This is very good self catered accommodation located by the beach. The pool was nice and clean and you get both beach towels and beach chairs. We didn't have a car and found the Free Hamptons Hopper that stops right outside very useful. IGA is a 15min walk from the hotel.
