Not a fancy hotel but very clean, very comfortable, right on the beach and short walking distance to town. I will stay there again.

Loved being on the beach, worth what we paid for a weekend get away. Glad I stayed on the water.
First night was heavenly, second night there were a few loud people, but nothing unexpected for Montauk.
Great hotel, even better location
I do have the world’s smallest gripe, the curtain rods don’t move far away enough to walk through the balcony door, so I was stabbed by them multiple times and slammed my head on the lamp to my fiancé’s amusement…
