The property is ideally located on the beach, the rooms are large, the staff is very pleasant and it is clean.

Our family has been coming yearly to this hotel destination. Happy in the past and happy with the refreshed new updates. Great location on the beach. We occupy the condos too. Very nice for families.

The oceanfront and proximity to downtown and other attractions .
Mildew smell in room. No lock on sliding glass door to back deck. Big safety issue. A piece of wood was placed in door track to keep closed. The screen was coming off. There were two flies in our room the entire 2-night stay. No fan in bathroom or hook to hang towel or clothes. Scalding hot water, and my 85-year old father almost was burnt bad in shower. Parking was also not ideal. Had to park at another location across street.
Staff was not personable. I requested two bikes when making reservation online. I received a message right away they could accommodate. Closer to time it changed to possibly. No mention of it at desk.
