Excellent location just steps from the Montauk Harbour.
The room and linens seem really dated, but they were clean.

Located near Montauk Harbor with a variety of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Plenty of parking on premises. Dog friendly and has space to walk/take dog to toilet. Staff was very friendly, hospitable and accomodating. Room was spacious and clean with a powerful AC. Bedding was super comfortable and linen was fresh and clean.
The shower pressure was not great.

It was close to Yacht Club and walking distance to some decent restaurants.
Old motel with musty smell, sloping floors, no HVAC in the bedrooms (must leave doors open to get heat or AC from single through-the-wall unit in front living room), drab khaki green walls, grey popcorn ceilings, slow hot water, etc.
