I love the proximity to ocean and that yoh don’t need to bring chairs or umbrellas. Walking distance to town.
Our unit was a little dated and a little creepy. It had what appeared to be another room above us w/a ladder-the room was locked. Had my kids worried that someone else was inside. The bedroom/bathroom was good/clean but the main floor was dated feeling. The sheets on the pullout couch had stains..

Location was great and the facilities. The pizza truck and movie night were nice perks. Check in time was 5pm but the room was ready earlier that day. Also being able to reserve chairs and umbrellas the night before is great.
Room we were in was extremely damp. First night we had a bit of a bug problem but the staff addressed it right away. Also the doors in the bedroom and bathroom did not close or lock properly. The unit we were in is in need of some upgrades, given the price point for the room.

The cleaners are good.
Close to beach with a pool.
Good sized accommodation
Close to town center..
Several things;
Booking experience was terrible.
The 3 rooms were separated after asking for very close to each other.
Reception staff were poor. Beach staff surly. Nobody answers the phone.
Internet service was terrible and the response amounted to "tough luck".
Effectively, nobody present has a stake in providing a good experience.
Not safe for older people - stairs dangerous.
