The home is a great place to relax and socialize with unique indoor and outdoor living spaces that has been completely remodeled in Nov 2022 with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The primary bedroom has an attached large bathroom with rainfall shower, a french doors opening into the front oasis enclosed with a privacy fence. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with 2 twin beds. A newly remodeled full bathroom with bathtub/shower combination is across the hall from the guest bedrooms. All rooms have brand new mattresses, sheets, pillows, and comforters! The front of the house is a relaxing oasis open off of primary bedroom leading you to chaise lounges with a privacy fence for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a glass of wine looking at the stars with our outdoor heating lamp (although you may not need it because of our warm nights) or enjoy the San Diego sun during the day! Beautiful seasonal plants line the sides and front yards. In the back of the house/backyard, you'll find an enclosed dining patio with a table for 8, a comfortable seating area to relax and read a book, and a huge outdoor living area with a firepit and seating for 8, and a brand new gas bbq. Enjoy playing games or outdoor meals with absolute privacy. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a big beautiful range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and every utensil you could want to cook a stellar meal. Counter stools allow casual breakfast in the kitchen/living area! The living room is open and spaciously attached to the kitchen with a queen sized pullout couch and a 55" tv to watch movies or binge your favorite streaming shows.
