Nuttin' Better is a modern, multi-level mountain cabin for up to 12 guests, just 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
Gather across four king bedrooms with en-suite baths and two bunk areas, then enjoy mountain views, a private hot tub, game room, private movie theater, fire pit, and three levels of deck space.

Located in the Chalet Village community, we are just 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes to Dollywood, and moments from the Great Smoky National Park entrance.
Guests have access to the entire cabin, inside and out, including the private hot tub, decks, game room, theater, and outdoor areas. Self check-in is available via a smart lock and private entrance. Free parking is available on the premises.
Designed for families and groups, this cabin pairs contemporary white shiplap with rustic wood finishes, bright interiors, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the mountains.
Four private king bedrooms each have an en-suite bath, complemented by two bunk areas — one in the upstairs loft and one in the game room. Layout includes:
- Upstairs: one king bedroom with a spa-style bath
- Main level: two king bedrooms with en-suite baths; one bath also opens to the living area
- Downstairs: one king bedroom with an en-suite bath
- Upstairs loft and game room: bunk beds
The open living room and full kitchen create an easy gathering space, with a dining table, island, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware essentials. Stay comfortable with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, an indoor gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and TVs.
For downtime, enjoy the dedicated game room with arcade games, a pool table, shuffleboard, and board games. Settle in for a cozy movie night in the private movie theater. Outside, take in mountain views from three levels of decks with outdoor seating, relax in the private hot tub, grill on the gas BBQ, or gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores.
A high chair and Pack 'n Play / travel crib are provided for younger guests.
Pet Policy: Dogs only — $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay, up to two dogs. Dogs must be potty-trained. Dogs may not be left in the cabin alone unless crated.
The gas fireplace is shut off seasonally, from April through September/October.
Because we're in the mountains, there is always a possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin, on the porch, or in the yard. Please be careful not to leave food, drinks, coolers, trash, or similar items outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife.

Such a beautiful home! The host was very responsive. Lovely views. We had a three generation gathering so needed 2 large bedrooms on the main level for those that struggle with stairs and stuff to entertain the younger crew. This did both! Community pool was great too!

I would recommend this house 100%. The house was extremely clean, and beautiful The beds was so comfortable. My family had an amazing time and made beautiful memories. My family can not wait to have a return trip. The host responds to any question quickly which is so helpful.

Loved staying here! The outdoor fire pit is such a treat, the views are amazing and the beds are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had while traveling! We had a fantastic time - the teenagers thought the theater and game rooms were “fire”! :) All around great experience!
