We had a wonderful stay at Houseboat Wild Rose. The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent throughout our stay.
Ibrahim and Faizan are amazing hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They organized our day trips and a trekking tour, which was one of the highlights of our visit. Faizan is very knowledgeable about trekking in Kashmir and an experienced guide. He shared interesting information about the mountains, local culture, and the region throughout our trip, making the experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable trekking and travel experiences in Kashmir.

The location was lovely, it’s not a short trip to the shore but it is incredibly peaceful. The family are very nice and helpful.
The houseboat wasn’t at all as the photos showed. I was expecting a private bathroom and this wasn’t the case. The houseboat I ended up on was okay but quite basic. The rooms small and the pillows really needed updating.
