A very beautiful location amidst Italian courtyards. Close to areas for walking. Really big and beautiful windows.
The air conditioning wasn't working; the apartment felt stuffy and had a slight musty smell. Opening the windows was problematic because there were no insect screens. The kitchen lacked basic cleaning supplies: no sponge, dish soap, paper towels, or cleaning cloths. There were no spare trash bags—only the ones already in the bins, and even those were torn. After I asked, dish soap was provided, along with a single dishwasher tablet.
Also, the apartment is undergoing renovation and is essentially unfinished. There is a washing machine, but no laundry detergent is provided.

We stayed here with our family and had a great experience. The apartment has all the necessary facilities, is clean and comfortable, and is perfectly suited for a family stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed and great transport connections. From the station near the apartment, the tram goes directly to the Duomo in about 15 minutes, which made reaching the city centre very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Quiet place
It was very average in terms of facilities. Non functioning stove, not a single tissue paper in apartment except toilet paper. So it was very basic facilities provided. Bed was just ok. It didn’t feel like a proper bed. The lights in apartment were dim .
