-Location is perfect, a couple of minutes from the beach, little cute shops and restaurants
-Friendly host

-The flat is in the basement so there was no lighting at all. It was not a problem to us since we were enjoying the town
-Parking situation is very difficult, you have to park quite far away
-No kitchen utencils. It’s not easy to even make a sandwich - there were no knives, no plates, only one fork and a couple of spoons

Accogliente e pulita. Vicina alla fermata dei mezzi di trasporto per Taormina e alla famosa piazzetta i cui balconi abbelliti con fiori e piante la rendono unica nel suo genere. Gentile il suo proprietario.
Necessita di una indicazione più precisa del numero civico, in quanto sulla via Appiano i numeri non sempre coincidono. Non essendoci posti per i non residenti lo scarico bagagli diventa più complicato senza trovare il civico esatto del condominio. In più, essendo un seminterrato va risolto il problema bagno. Booking dovrebbe infine rettificare la tassa di soggiorno nelle indicazioni della struttura. Abbiamo pagato 3 euro cadauno.

Posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia, ottima la pulizia e la possibilità di preparare un caffè o scaldare qualcosa nel microonde. Comodi i letti, e ben curato l'ambiente
Seminterrato ovviamente poco luminoso, volevamo fare una doccia ma lo scaldabagno era spento e abbiamo dovuto attendere, inutilizzabile la connessione WiFi
