facilities were excellent, staff was polite and accommodating, hotel was very well placed to explore kochi day to day. My partner enjoyed the onsen greatly.
The mattress had a bad habit of sliding away from the headboard and letting the pillows fall down.

The staff were professional and helpful. Very nice river view from the room. Quiet away from the busy downtown. Onsen was relaxing. It was nice to try local fresh citrus drinks at the front desk area. Onsen also had refreshing cold tea etc.
The room has BRIGHT lights that come on when walking around. There was no way to turn off (there was no information about it so I assume we cannot turn off the sensor). We woke up each other when one of us are going to bathroom.
