The location of the apartment is what makes it very much worth its money. It’s close to the city center and it’s easy to get out of the city by car. The landlord was very clear in his instructions and his responses were fast and accurate. Overall, if its location and accessibility you are looking to get out of your chosen place of stay, then this apartment is a very good choice.
Because the location is arguably the strongest suit of the apartment, if you are looking for something beyond that, there are some things for you to consider. They are not criticisms, but are essential insights if you are to choose this apartment as your place of stay.
Firstly, if you are coming by car, you should be prepared that the entrance to the free parking space is indeed tight and cars wider and generally bigger than a regular SUV will not be able to fit through the gate. Furthermore, you require good knowledge of your own car’s dimensions and some decent skills in parking and maneuvering.
Secondly, the building is indeed a bit old and in some places may look dilapidated. The building has no elevator and the apartment is on the last floor of the building, with 4 full flights of stairs which can be burdensome to ascend after a walk through the town or a long drive.
The apartment is an attic apartment, with a sloped ceiling, however, it is big and the photos are not misleading as to its size. The sloped ceiling, however, makes the experience feel like you are indeed in an attic.
The blinds in the bedroom are improvised and not fitted properly, therefore, the morning light does end up slipping through them, which may cause some discomfort. A good tip for the sleeping arrangements is to shift the pillows to the side of the windows, therefore allowing for both people sleeping to be able to get up without the other, sleeping on the outside, needing to get up and make room.
The shower’s hot water was enough for a roughly 10-minute shower for one person, with the hot water running thin towards the end.
Perhaps the only pure criticism, which was very off-putting, was the lack of a ventilation system in the bathroom. This, coupled with the type of apartment, leads to a very noticeable smell to be felt all throughout the apartment, even with the bathroom door closed. Prolonged exposure to the smell did indeed lessen the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Originelle Einrichtung,hat mich an meine Jugend erinnert incl.Schallplattenspieler.
Wir mögen Baumwollbettwäsche.So war es und wir haben gut geschlafen.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wlan lief perfekt.
Checkin problemlos, servicorientiert und sehr nette Kommunikation.
Wir reisen mit Bus und Bahn.
Der Busbahnhof in ca.15 bis 20 min zu Fuss und der Bahnhof quasi in Sichtkontakt.
Die Innenstadt schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen,also der Standort mitten Zagreb perfekt.
Volle Zufriedenheit.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, charming, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The central location was excellent, and having a free parking space was a huge plus. Communication with Ivan was great, and his clear instructions made finding the apartment, parking, and checking in completely hassle-free. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back!
None to mention, everything was fine.

Excellent Location, the view was good but from a high window. Generally OK but tired
The apartment fittings were tired, the cooker hood was loose and there were loose floor tiles in the shower room. The bedroom was clean but curtains needed fixing and blinds broken. The 125 stairs are challenging
