La ubicación fantástica, en una calle peatonal llena de restaurantes y bares, con muy buen ambiente. Sin embargo no se oía el ruido de la calle. Una terracita íntima y con encanto para salir un rato a la fresca o a fumar.
La cama en realidad eran 2 camas unidas, lo que lo hacía un poco incómodo para estar juntos. Las almohadas demasiado grandes, no adecuadas para un buen descanso. La cafetera no era para inducción y no se podía usar. Falta abridor de botellas.

'Magda' apartment-studio is on the first floor in a building with only two floors; windows facing a busy street with many cafes and shops, but no car traffic. It has plenty of natural light, a bathroom with shower, a compact area as a kitchen, small dining table with chairs and a large comfy bed. It is self-check; the arrangement was easy to follow, collecting keys from the secure safe box. The area of the studio is well used, not cramped with furniture, allowing you to move freely around the studio. There is a large TV screen with subscription channels. Wi-Fi connection without issues. Tkalciceva street is close to the Jelacic square for access to trams taking you around the city; or many cultural attractions are in easy walking distance . There is a farmers' market every day, but the closeness to supermarkets is negligible. The Irish pub is also close by. The apartment was clean and prepared in time for my arrival. Because Tkalciceva is a busy street, especially in the evening, you should expect some 'happy conversations' noise transfer, however when all is closed, not having car traffic, you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing sleep till late morning. It is suitable and safe for solo travellers or couples alike. I experienced no trouble for the whole week of my stay. Contact with the agent was excellent.

Es ist angenehm ruhig, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Nur die Gäste nebenan hört man deutlich. Es ist sehr sauber und das Bett ist bequem. Absolut unschlagbar ist die zentrale Lage. Man sollte natürlich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ankommen. Da es hier eine Fußgängerzone ist und keine Parkplätze gibt. Es gibt genügend Schubfächer und Kleiderhaken. Es gibt unschlagbar viele gute Restaurants und Cafes in dieser Gegend. Auch Supermärkte sind nicht weit.
In der Küche ist leider sehr wenig Platz, um etwas zuzubereiten. Es fehlt Zucker, Salz und ein Geschirr-Handtuch zum Abtrocknen. Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht wirklich. Es läuft sehr viel Wasser durch, aber es spült nicht richtig.
Ab und zu gab es kein Wasser. Das war aber nur kurze Zeit. Die Dusche hat nicht immer funktioniert. Es war teilweise nur heißes Wasser vorhanden, womit man sich nicht duschen konnte.
Man gewöhnt sich natürlich an die Dachschrägen im Zimmer erst, wenn man sich mehrmals den Kopf gestoßen hat.

L'emplacement est vraiment super ,tout proche de la place centrale et des commerces.
Bien que l'appartement se situe juste au-dessus d'un bar, on n'entend pas grand-chose à l'intérieur. La climatisation était parfaite sachant qu'il faisait très chaud
Gros problème de pression d'eau dans la douche, se doucher c'est vraiment compliqué sachant qu'au bout de quelque seconde il n'y a carrément plus d'eau qui coule. Le pire c'est qu'en regardant les avis ça date déjà de plusieurs mois et visiblement rien n'a changé.
La cuisine manque d'équipements , il y a une casserole mais pas de passoire.
Les codes WiFi qu'on m'a donnés n'existait pas, encore une fois en regardant les avis c'est visiblement pas la première fois et rien n'a changé depuis plusieurs mois... On dirait presque que c'est volontaire
Le canapé n'est pas confortable, c'est un canapé lit sans matelas donc on s'enfonce dedans quand on s'assoit. Le lit est composé de deux matelas 1 personne c'est dommage ça finit par faire un creux au milieu du lit
L'appartement a tout pour être parfait mais tout est fait a moitié,. 300€ les 5 nuits pour un appartement comme ça c'est vraiment n'importe quoi
