About this cottage rental
Updated beach cottage suited for couples or a small family in the heart of Gulf Shores. Conveniently located in walking distance to main public beach access, popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, etc.! The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and kitchenware. Enjoy a meal or relaxing on the outdoor sun deck. Smart Tv's in bedrooms and living room. ADDITIONAL DETAILS * Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site. * Amenities include free WIFI, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with picnic table, charcoal grill. * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels. * Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. POLICIES * NO Smoking. * Must be at least 25 years old to book. * Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions) * Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.) * A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking. * Rates are subject to change up until time of booking.

The clean well stocked cottage is located 5-10 minute walk from Gulf Shores Beach and located by a lot of restaurants. We needed a place for out crew cab pickup and 6 x12 enclosed trailer. Easily fit in the driveway. We would stay here again

Great little property! Short walking distance to beach and shops. Quick responses and great communication with the owner! Highly recommend this property! If you enjoy fishing, head over to Alabama point and cast near the pylons. Caught some nice redfish over there in the evening time on cut mullet.

This property is very clean and has everything you need for an awesome stay!
The kitchen had great appliances and the cabinets and drawers were fully stocked with anything you might need. There were 3 nice smart tv’s and the beds slept really good. The shower was always hot with super flow.
Outside there is a big deck with a nice picnic table. We brought our own sun umbrella and a couple of bag chairs for extra comfort.
The host is super sweet and quick to respond to questions.
The location is perfect and within a very short walking distance to the beach, parks, and a ton of bars and restaurants.

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs! The owner had excellent communication and was very accommodating! So many restaurants in a walkable distance, as well as the beach! Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this quaint little house near the beach. It was close to many activities, beach, bars, restaurants and stores. The only suggestion, I would have, is the floors needed a good sweeping and mopping (we never went to the beach because of the rain) and the quilts on the bed were not fresh, but I would return.

This home is perfect for 2 to 4 people. It is about 10 min walk from the door to the water's edge. The property manager was easy to work with. My daughter and I felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Be cautious when renting this property. It is in a great location and is newly updated. But we found multiple roaches! To be exact we found 3 dead and 4 live roaches on our stay. The owner gave one night refund but kept the rest we paid since we had stayed. She had a bug company come out and spray but it's clearly not helping. The sheets in one room were also not changed and had dog hair. We found leftover dogfood around the place and chewed up leftover water bottles on the floor.

I was sad we had to drive to the beach, then paid $15.00 to park on the community Beach 🏖️ the direction it said to park on homeowners only parking , woodve got a ticket.

Newly remodeled, comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay. My husband and I stayed two nights with our small dogs. Excellent communication with property owner. Not directly on the beach which suited us. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend if you are not seeking beachfront property.

We had the best time ever. This venue is prime location, short walk to the beach and other fun activities. The property is decorated so cute and it’s was so clean. We had the best trip ever. For sure we will book this property again. Highly recommend

Loved the convenience of this property. It has been remodeled recently and is very well done. It was so easy to walk to the beach and access great restaurants without having to drive. This is a great property for a couple or a small family. We will be back!
