THINGS TO KNOW An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when returning from the beach. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The Sandlot is a great little cottage. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, downstairs bedroom with bunk bed sofa and half bath. There are two full baths upstairs. Sofa was super comfy and de k is nice but we did not utilize the outdoor space as we were here on a work trip. The only thing I will say is the home was clean but does need some TLC on the inside. Kitchen was great size however needs better cooking items. If you don't plan on. cooking then it won't be an issue. Overall a great place, beach access is just a short walk.

House had everything we needed! The home is located in a quiet section of Southern Shores within easy walking distance of the beach.

I was a 10 min walk from the beach. My family and I enjoyed, with comfort and space, the location and wild life in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The house is very spacious and two blocks from the beach. All the dishes and utensils you could ever need. Beds were not comfortable at all and WiFi wasn’t great. Other than that no complaint! Easy in and out! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it! Check out the sand dunes at Jockeys ridge, very cool!
