It's close to all Kitty Hawk has to offer! Including day trips around the Outer Banks, shopping and dining! This is a place you will return to year after year! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this spacious home can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults (Including the futon), making it perfect for a multi-family vacation. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature comfortable bedding. Life is Still good has an amazing range of upgrades and amenities that will make your stay perfect. Enjoy the hot tub and private in-ground pool with family and friends. The backyard area is perfect for lounging and the pool is perfect for a quick afternoon dip on a hot summer days. Unique to the area, this beach house has a spacious recreation room with a pool table and flat screen tv. This is the perfect space for the kids, or the adults who want to act like kids :) The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a delicious home cooked meal during your stay. The spacious open concept living room is perfect for relaxing and spending time with loved ones, and is open to the kitchen and dining room. This area is ideal for multiple families or large groups. Just off this main living space is one of three oversized outdoor decks, which is the ideal spot to take in the stunning ocean views while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Walk up to the 3rd level deck an enjoy endless views of the Atlantic Ocean :) This beach house is located in the most prime location, has stunning ocean views, and luxurious amenities. The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee, beach chairs, and serviced pool and brand new hot tub. Note: We do not supply beach towels. However, there are a few companies on OBX that rent towels for the week, we're happy to help arrange that for you if you'd like. Dog Friendly! Direct access to deck and Ocean views! - Bunk room,1 bunk bed + a twin bed & Smart TV - This room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the Queen Bedroom 3rd floor: - King Bedroom with full bathroom. Smart TV. - Great room with 65" Smart TV - Open floor plan fully stocked kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar Linens and Towels: - Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel. (We don't supply beach towels) - Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunks. - We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea. Outdoor spaces: Ground floor: - Private in-ground pool - Brand new hot tub - Corn hole - Outdoor shower - Charcoal grill - Loungers and a picnic table in the backyard The pool is generally open from May to the end of September. The hot tub is open all year :) Life Is Still Good is family-owned and loved! Located in a private residential community with a preserved area surrounded by natural seashores and flourishing with native wildlife! Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house! Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 12 pm. Check-in to outdoor spaces! The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access. Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season. Come and experience the the Outer Banks and remember that Life Is Still Good! :) Must be 25+ to book. Pets OK with fee $300 security deposit hold required. When booking a reservation you you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Exactly what we needed. The pool and hot tub were really great as well as the access to the beach. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs which was a huge plus for us. Excellent Location to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and beach. The house and rooms were good as well as the bathroom and kitchen supplies. Overall a very nice getaway- we’ll definitely be back.

Perfect house for three generations! A well designed, clean house with a great floor plan. Privacy and quiet for baby to grandma! Nice pool, hot tub and short walk to beach! Nice area, families out walking, jogging and good variety of restaurants! Helpful and available property manager! Perfect!

We loved staying here. Great views, great location, only one house away from the beach. Fenced yard, hot tub, lots of bathrooms. Only possible complaint would be the grill is charcoal like a park, wish it was propane. Bring extra towels for pool or hot tub. Comfortable and very nice, lots of hang out space and big TV, nice kitchen. Our dogs loved it too and loved walking the beach!

Zach was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We have rented many properties through VRBO, and this was the best experience we've had from a customer service standpoint. The start-up supplies (paper towels, water bottles, and for every bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper) and the beds being made in advance is a huge bonus. We didn't have to spend vacation time making beds and shopping for the supplies. The house was exactly as advertised, if not better. It was clean, more spacious than we anticipated, and we could see more of the ocean than expected. We don't have a single complaint and we would love to rent the house again!
