Located in Jensen Beach, this attractive cottage for $159 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This cute cottage, completely non-smoking, inside and out, is centrally-located just minutes from Jensen Beach & a street over from the water. With a King bed, Queen sofa bed & Twin daybed with a memory foam topper & Twin trundle the “Seahorse Shanty” could fit 6 but only come with those you love as there’s just one bathroom! When your not at the beach there’s 55” Fire TV’s in the living room & outside screened-in FL room, a full kitchen & laundry room. Dining tables inside or out, WiFi, coffee, individual room controlled AC, a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. Take a nap outside, ride a bike, or grab our beach items & head to the causeway or beach 7-8 minutes away! There's not many areas in the Treasure Coast that doesn't hear the train & ours is no exception. So we've grown to love it :) This centrally located boating community is just a short drive or walk along the St Lucie River to downtown Jensen. We are 1.8 miles from the Jensen Beach Causeway & Boat Ramp where you can fish, launch your water toys or boat. We are minutes away from the Stuart Boat Show Quiet residential neighborhood with houses close together. Without a TV or music going you may hear our neighbors talking outside, rarely is it late hours but it's FL so anything is possible. You will most certainly hear a train if sitting outside and slightly inside. Yard is only partially fenced in. INSTANT BOOK STILL REQUIRES CONFIRMATION OF HOUSE RULES - include ALL guests & pets on the reservation AND at time of booking please also message with confirmation of the number of guests, that all are non smokers & whether your bringing an animal. Entry will not be permitted without this info & cancellation policy will stand. Pickleball gear for 4 provided & there are multiple public courts just around the corner at Langford Park! NOTE: The shower requires a step down to get in & is off of the master bedroom - so anyone in the other rooms will need to enter the master in order to get to it. The Lania (FL outdoor living room) & the laundry room are outside & screened in - WATCH THE STEP DOWN from the tile as it is two different heights. Grill is available for your use if cleaned once done. We do NOT refill the tank so you may or may not need to refill it if you want to use it. BONUS!! Book FOUR nights with us that includes a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday & get one (1) FREE Tiki Boat Ride (or drink purchase) on the Tiki Taxi! One admission price let’s one guest ride this fun boat all day, getting on & off as many times as you like between The TideHouse Restaurant & Downtown Stuart. (Be SURE to mention this at time of booking or it may not be included) Please consider travel insurance as we can’t refund you do to weather cancellations or unforeseen events but an insurance company can and at very little cost. We have nothing to do with the tourism tax the county requires we collect. We don't like it either & if we weren't required to we wouldn't!

Stayed here for 4 nights over a long weekend with family. House was clean, cute, and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Awesome covered outdoor patio area that was great for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings! Host was fantastic with communication about checking in and checking out. Messaged us during the stay to make sure all was good and we didnt need anything or have any questions. Really enjoyed the house! Wpuld absolutely stay here again!

Dee's place was absolutely adorable! The (king) bed was very comfortable (hard to find with back issue). The location is perfect, with an excellent fish market two blocks away. The lanai with the mounted tv was excellent! Spent so much time out there! Very quiet neighborhood, with no noise/music/dogs barking, etc. There was an outdoor table with four chairs which we also used (however no deck/patio). That wasn't an issue for us! We loved staying here!
