La posizione dell' appartamento con un bel panorama visibile dalla veranda e la disponibilità della signora Samantha.
La salita che c'è per arrivare all'appartamento da fare se si è muniti di auto e moto. A piedi è veramente devastante.

Zona tranquilla. Appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. I proprietari hanno messo a disposizione gratuitamente sia culla per il nostro bimbo, sia ombrellone per il mare. E non ci hanno chiesto nessun supplemento per il nostro Golden Retriever. Cenare in balcone è stato bello, data anche la super vista. Il servizio di lavanderia gratuito un altro grande pregio.
La salita per arrivare all'appartamento non è proprio comodissima se si ha una macchina grande, ma dopo un paio di salite e discese ci si prende la mano. (magari si potrebbero tagliare gli arbusti a bordo strada che riducevano la carreggiata) Una tovaglia aggiuntiva per apparecchiare colazione/pranzo/cena sarebbe stata ottima, per cambiarla con quella messa sul tavolo per tutti i giorni.

Tolle Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht.
Je nach Windrichtung gab es starke Geruchsbelästigungen (Abfluss und Fäkalien) - die kämen vom Nebenhaus - so die Vermieterin auf unsere Beschwerde hin. Das war unbefriedigend. Zudem ist die FeWo ohne jeglichen Charme eingerichtet worden und die Küchenausstattung ist unzureichend. Die Zufahrt war steil und kurvig und eine Zumutung.
