Nice family run motel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. No frills, except for bidet attached to toilet. Would stay there again. Quiet off busy street. Good air conditioner.

This motel has the greatest water pressure I have ever had in all the places I have stayed!! There was also plenty of hot water. There was not a stopper for the bathtub nor did the exhaust fan/heat lamp work. We did have a small table with two comfortable chairs and a larger than normal mini fridge. The bed was reasonably comfortable and we were in a fairly quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Would not stay there again. We requested a nonsmoking room and the room smelled like smoke from the smoking rooms around. TV did not work. The front desk clerk was asleep so had to wait to check in.

Best of the Best within the sub 60 dollar hotels . A lot cleaner then other budget buget name property's and a very nice and friendly family that own and run the hotel. very affordable no frills, clean comfortable motel/hotel in Mustang Oklahoma, a safe town on the outskirts of OKC 20 min drive to downtown Oklahoma City.

I was content with the motel but I am a easy please if you a place to lay your head for a good nights sleep this is the place if you want amenities this is not the place for you bare bones and older
