You're not getting the Ritz for fifty bucks, but it serves its purpose well enough.
Location was fine--right on the highway and convenient to local restaurants and stores. There was no breakfast, but for the rate we paid, we didn't really expect one. Don't be put off by the required deposit; I received mine back the next morning, no questions asked.
I have never seen another motel room that was not equipped with lamps. The lighting (overhead) was good enough, but bedside lamps would have given us more flexibility. Also, the ice machine appears to have been out of order for years.

Bad
Filthy, falling apart, dilapidated. Front door stayed locked had to walk to a side window with no opening and read thr lips of the staff who were unfriendly and scary. Place was VILE. I went to hanpton inn. Absolute filth and i cant believe the place has not been condemned- it ahould be.

I would most certainly not recommend this place which appears to be more suitable for clients who paid by the hour
There was a fridge in the room that enabled us to keep some breakfast items cooled. It was also close to some fast food restaurants where we could grab a quick bite.
The overall environment was quite seedy and dodgy. Our room came with a battalion of cockroaches and some spiders. The floor was filthy, which we found out after walking around barefoot for a few minutes and spotting the soles of our blackened feet. we were there for four nights yet not once did someone come to take out the trash, make the bed, change the linens and towels, nor do any kind of cleaning. There was a sign at the front desk that said that due to Covid, housekeeping services had been modified to some extent. The truth is, they had been completely suspended which does not make any sense in this context where nobody in Oklahoma even wears a mask. The television did not work. The windows were so dirty that we preferred to keep the curtains drawn. And the manager of the hotel also overcharged me because my booking clearly stated one price, yet he insisted on adding what he called a commission. It was difficult to communicate with him through the inch thick glass we’re only a small pass hole was available for communication so I finally just gave up and excepted the price he charged.

Disappointing
There was no breakfast and it was a bit dicey during checking in as I couldn't hear the girl through tiny port in the plexiglass night window but she tried very hard to make me understand. Apparently they have a front desk in a room that is always locked and business was transacted via the above port, in and out, day or night. Maybe they think they are still their Old Country or just afraid of Bidens new world order thuggery. No lamps on the bedside tables, no tea for the coffee maker, nothing on the wash basin, no frills. The towels were clean and soft. The king size mattress was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were a bit lumpy and about the size you would put on a couch. I had asked for a ground floor room because my legs don't negotiate stairs very well and they have no elevator; guess I should have been more descriptive and told them why I needed a ground floor room so it probably wasn't all their fault they didn't comply with my request. The old steel outside stairway with concreted steps was ancient, antique, and unique but my legs didn't like them very much so I didn't try to carry any of my luggage in since it was just a one night stay. It is a very old building, more than 80 years I think, and has the usual old building problems. They did have a working refrigerator, microwave, and window air conditioner. I wouldn't likely stay there again, even though I did get a good nights sleep.
See my description above.
