Great location

Location, apartment layout and interiors

The doorbell rang continuously for about 10 minutes each day at around 11 AM during our stay. Despite attempting to communicate through the intercom and requesting it to stop, we were ignored, and the ringing persisted, which was extremely unpleasant. Each guest was provided with only one pillow, with no spare pillows available. The rain shower functioned well, but the smaller handheld showerhead was not securely attached, causing the hose to detach frequently. This led to water spraying uncontrollably, even through the gap in the shower door.

Lekker vlakbij centrum. Metro en trams op kleine loopafstand. Er was koffie aanwezig, en water in de ijskast.

A cama e os travesseiros fedem!

A localização é ótima, o apartamento é amplo e tem uma boa cozinha.

O sistema de check in é online e bem burocrático. A cama e travesseiros fedem, a cabeceira é manchada de sujeira. So disponibilizaram 2 travesseiros com fronha e eles fediam muito. O apartamento apresenta varias infiltrações no teto, chegamos as 16 horas e tinham 2 pessoas limpando o apartamento, ficamos das 16h até as 23h sem água quente pois o aquecedor atava desligado e só ligaram após a nossa chegada. Foram totalmente inflexíveis em disponibilizarem umas horas a mais para o checkout. De longe foi a pior hospedagem que tivemos na Itália.

Location, apartment layout and interiors
