We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay! From the delicious food to the incredible hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.
The food was outstanding, and all the staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming, and attentive throughout the trip. A special mention must go to Peter, the cruise manager, who truly made our experience unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and entertaining, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. He also explained each stop and the surrounding attractions so well, making the whole experience even more interesting and enjoyable. Peter is a real asset to the team!
Although the boat is a little older, it was very comfortable. I particularly loved our cabin, it was cosy, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. You can really tell that the team cares about making their guests feel welcome.
The only thing we felt was missing was a swimming pool, which would have been a lovely extra to enjoy while surrounded by such breathtaking scenery. However, this was only a small downside in an otherwise fantastic experience.
Overall, everything was a 10/10! The beautiful scenery, delicious food, comfortable accommodation, and exceptional staff made this cruise a highlight of our trip to Vietnam.
Thank you, Peter, and the entire crew for your warmth, kindness, and wonderful hospitality. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

Tout était parfait, l’équipe très accueillante et aux petits soins pour toute la famille et particulièrement grâce à Peter et son équipe ! Mille mercis ! Nous avons découverts des sites incroyables, nous avons fait des activités géniales entre le canoë, la pêche et le tai chi le matin canon !
Je vous conseille de réserver la suite du bateau, nous avions les 2 pour la famille et c’était encore plus incroyable.

Sobre todas las cosas, lo que más tengo que recalcar es la atención de Peter, una persona atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que hiciera falta. Nos mejoró la habitación sin pedirlo .Sin duda, su trato fue lo mejor de toda la experiencia.
Por desgracia, el barco dejó muchísimo que desear. La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas y consideramos que hay aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar para ofrecer un servicio acorde con lo que se paga.

Personeel is super vriendelijk en staan graag voor je klaar. Personeel zorgde zelfs voor een speciale attentie (op aanvraag) voor een verjaardag mét een hele show er bij. Eten (vietnamese keuken) is ook fantastisch lekker, zelfs aangepast aan allergieen/dieetwensen. Kamer is niet al te groot maar wel in orde, comfortabel bed, goede (warme) douche. Fijn dat we ook een massage konden krijgen, misschien iets duurder dan aan land maar de dame maakte dit met haar glimlach zeker en vast goed. Kajakken is fijne activiteit, duurt niet te lang maar is zeker en vast tof om te doen.
Jammer dat je zelf de medepassagiers niet kan kiezen, sommige mensen willen precies enkel maar klagen ipv genieten…
Het zonnedek kan wel wat gezelligheid gebruiken (kaal/rommelig). Ook de buitenkant kan wel wat opfriswerk gebruiken.
Airco’s in de eetzaal zijn erg vuil (schimmel?).
Jammer dat de reddingsvesten ook erg vuil/beschimmeld waren.
Activiteit met de cave is geen meerwaarde.
