Location was amazing.
Cleanliness was great.
Professional communication and customer service when needed.
Kitchen has all necessary utensils and equipments.
Well insulated apartment.
No lift the flats are on second floor.
Additonal pillows could be provided.
Internet was slightly slow during our stay.

In most ways a great place to stay in Bergen. Flat was a perfect size for a single traveler, really good central location. Quiet street etc. Not really any complaints about the flat itself.
This review would easily be a 9 or 10 but the key collection/return method just isn’t fair/right. You have to collect keys from a separate location which thankfully was not a major pain for me as I was walking from the train station and it’s on the way from there to the flat.
However if I had an early flight back, or mobility issues, carrying lots of baggage so needed to take an uber/taxi I could see this being a complete pain. Clearly a decent sized company runs this and multiple other apartments in Bergen so I don’t understand why having key collection on site is beyond them.

Appartamento nuovo e confortevole, posizione centralissima a 2 passi da Briggen. Silenziosissimo e dotato di tutto (con cucina/forno/lavasciuga ecc). Quartiere molto bello e tranquillo, caratteristico e pieno di case colorate e stradine
Chiavi un po' scomode da ritirare a 10 min in salita/discesa dall'appartamento. Per chi arriva in stazione con valigie, l'appartamento è a 15/20 min a piedi ma considerate strade in salita e ciottolate. Per il resto consigliatissimo

struttura semplice nel complesso carina
Ritiro chiavi in location diversa dall’appartamento prenotato
Mancanza totale di flessibilità da parte della struttura: richiesto di trovare i letti singoli uniti al ns. arrivo ma ci è stato indicato di farlo da soli sia al check in che al check out. Non adeguato numero di asciugamani e carta igienica x 6 gg, assenza di un tappetino per uscire dalla doccia, continui messaggi automatici che ripetevano le stesse indicazioni di come lasciare l’appartamento al check out (addirittura di piegare gli asciugamani usati e di farli trovare sul letto). Inoltre abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare le chiavi nell’appartamento visto che avevamo un taxi per aeroporto alle 4.30 del mattino e ci è stata rifiutata la cortesia. Assenza di ascensore, oltre al tragitto in salita con valigie è necessario trasportarle al 3 piano
