Great layout, spacious, light, comfortable with everything we needed
Very minor point, the waste bins in the entrance hallway to the building were rather smelly whilst we were there but did not detract from the apartment at all on the second floor.

El cuarto de baño sin puertas y con el ventanal entraba mucha luz y calor
Hace ruido la madera al pisar,difícil no despertar a los demás
Escalera de caracol para subir al apartamento dos pisos y después otra escalera para la habitación de arriba

J’ai aimé l’accès rapide au centre ville.
Appartement équipé.
Charles était très arrangeant et toujours disponible.
La deuxième chambre située en mezzanine est inutilisable en cas de grosse chaleur. Il n’y a qu’une seule fenêtre de toit et la SDB attenante est un véritable sauna sans ouverture.
Il faudrait une climatisation ou des ventilateurs supplémentaires partout.
Le kit de bienvenue est vraiment limité pour 4 personnes.
L’appartement est en vente donc ils ne vont pas faire d’efforts pour le rendre plus comfortable.
Le prix est très élevé et le ménage est bof.
À noter qu’il faudra faire la vaisselle et vider les poubelles….
