gute Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV-Anbindungen sind direkt um die Ecke.
Praktische Raumaufteilung: Separates WC und Badezimmer sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem reinen Wohngebäude.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte durch einen Geschirrspüler optimiert werden.
Das Badezimmer würde von einer zeitgemässen Auffrischung profitieren.
Die Platzierung des Abfallraums direkt neben dem Ausgang führt zu einer spürbaren Geruchsentwicklung im Flur.

The location was very convenient to modern grocery and had modern conviences including an elevator. Just a short stroll to old town. Loved that the tram directly from the airport stopped just outside the building entry.
The outdoor balcony with ample seating and dining area was a big bonus.
The rst entry required an electronic code but you needed to be at the front door in order to download the compatibility of the app. The hallway was dark and we didn't have wifi so needed to rely on the owner to open the door remotely. The owner was very responsive and opened the door in less than 2 minutes.
The lighting in the lower entry and in the hallways were on a movement timer and did not stay on long enough.

We love Bordeaux as a city to visit. Apartment is close to the centre of bordeaux (10 to 15 min walk to main shopping street) and close to public transport especially from the airport. Appartment is well equipped with nice touches like cleaning products some cooking ingredients, toilet paper and soap. Damien the host was responsive to questions and allowed us early check in.
Initially difficult to find the right door and get into the appartment had to call the host. Directions on booking.com bring you to the wrong side of the complex. Whole area around the apartment is quiet run down so felt a little intimidating late at night, equally entrance halls very dated. Although appartment is clean, bathroom and kitchen could both do with a face-lift all a bit tired looking., warped wooden surfaces etc.
