Very clean and comfortable
A little bit noisy outside which you can sometimes hear from your room but you are in prime location … if a bit of noise doesn’t bother then no worries.

Location close to the river but felt abit unsafe walking home at night. Room quite small too.

Everything! The hotel is good and modern, although the room are quite small if you have a big suitcase. The position is great, the hotel is minutes away from the main attractions, as the City Shrine and the Great Palace, and very cose to Wat Pho and the port to Wat Arun and Khao Sao Road. You can go everywhere on foot and the area feels very safe. I used the Grab app if I needed to go further as to Jim Thompson house or Lumphini Park, while I recommend tuk tuks for short rides back to the hotel. The staff of the hotel is eccellent, they picked up the laundry for me, gave me 2/3 free bottles of water each day, helped me with the luggage and the Grab to the airport.. compliments! I wish all the service staff in hotels, shops and restaurants in Italy were so helpful and nice with the customer as in Thailand! The price/quality is eccellent for a hotel in the middle of the city centre, I recommend it 100%
The heat in the room, but that was not of course the hotel's fault, it is Bangkok in May!

The size of the rooms was unexpectedly small. On the website the rooms were presented like 16 m2. In reality, it easily just a bed and 0,5 around from three sides. At the reception they explained us that it's 16m together with the bathroom on the construction plan. The reality didn't match the photos and the information on the website.
The rooms were so small that we booked another hotel and moved, though we lost money.
