Квартира расположена в очень хорошем районе, на расстоянии 5 минут от Palazzo Pitti. Просторные апартаменты с двумя санузлами, оборудованы всем необходимым, есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины. Персонал всегда был на связи. Несмотря на возникшие проблемы с ключами от главного входа, мы каждый раз попадали в квартиру очень быстро.
Нет лифта, подъем на третий этаж с чемоданом - очень хорошая тренировка. Сантехника и душ явно нуждаются в ремонте.

Nice & cozy place, vintage atmosphere, very comfortable for 4 persons , clean with all the amenities and appliances that you will need. Very very nice location , near a small square with a pizzeria and a trattoria, breakfast place, a shop with the best ice cream in Florence, a coffee place , 2 stores for a cocktail to take away, 2 minutes from the bus station, 3 minutes from Ponte Vechio and 7 minutes from the centre . What more could you ask for?

Great location
When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned. I contacted the agency and cleaners did arrive within an hour but it wasnt a great start.
There were quite a few small issues, which taken together did spoil it somewhat.
1. The downstairs shower riser is broken.
2. In the kitchen, one of the 2 plug aockets for the toaster, coffee machine and kettle were broken which means you need to change over each time you use a different appliance.
3. There was 1 cup. And in general, very little provided for food and drink preparation.
4. Strange procedure to open main building door which required you to make a phone call.
Perhaps aimed at a younger group who just need it as a base.
I was there with my kids.
