Good value with great bathroom and good clothes washing and drying facilities .
Directions very clear and check in instructions and appliances handbook were very good
A little remote from the nearest transport link (12 minutes walking) which isn’t a major issue. Area quite residential with few bars or restaurants so you need to travel but overall very good

Adequate room size by Tokyo standards.
Large bathroom with bath tub
well equipped kitchen
Low bed made it difficult and uncomfortable. The mattress was soft and bouncy, would prefer a firm mattress to avoid back aches.

Not a lot to walk to but soaplands, not ideal for families as it is in the middle of Soapland district.
Also, they put us in a room that was already occupied and not clean, they had to move us to a different, much smaller room late at night.
