Great location and value for price

Location is perfect, walking distance from Montreal old city. Quiet at night. All the equipment you need for a short stay (washing machine, dishwasher). Parking is one block further, but $17 for 24h isn't much for a garage with surveillance.

Not necessarily negative, after entering the pin for the first time you have 10sec. to enter the second door. Else you can't enter the building.

Great place to stay for exploring Montreal.

The location was excellent for a few days in Montreal. The apartment was clean and comfortable for 2 people.

There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but nothing some ear plugs couldn’t help with.

I had a lovely stay here, everything was perfect and a lovely shoutout to the wonderful doorman who opened the door when he saw me struggling with my bags.

Convenient location for a solo visit

Convenient location that is close to transit, shops and restaurants. The studio has everything you would need for a stay, including a kitchenette (no microwave though) and washer/dryer. The bed is a pullout couch but is comfortable.

It is small, so would be suitable for one person. It wasn’t stated in the policies but I noted other reviewers had mentioned it and was helpful to know: guests are asked to take out the trash, put things in the dishwasher, and strip the bed at the end of their stay.
