Nestled in Marmora, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great choice for your next break. This 1st floor condo unit is conveniently located within walking distance to everything! It’s just 2 blocks from the Beach. Johnny B Goode Ice cream shop and playground across the street. A few short steps to 7-11, Wawa, Acme, Hoys, Randazzos, Sunoco, Sandcastle Park, Tennis Courts, 34th Street Bikes, the list goes on! You’ve got it all here! With the attached 1 car garage, you can park your car and not have to drive again! There is also a driveway that can hold 1 car, and plenty of street parking. Enjoy relaxing in the shade on the front porch with dining table and sectional providing relaxing views. There are also additional decks off the back of the unit. The side door leads you to a beautifully appointed, open concept Dining, Kitchen and Living Room area with brand new luxury vinyl flooring. The spacious area with lots of windows, makes this a bright and cheerful place for entertaining or just relaxing. The upgraded kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, with quartz countertops, including the island with seating for 2. There’s plenty of cabinets fully stocked with every gadget you could need for your stay. The large dining room table and 6 chairs is perfect for family gatherings. The Master Bedroom has a BRAND NEW KING bed, TV, and Master Bath with walk in shower.. The 1st Guest Bedroom has a BRAND NEW QUEEN bed; the 2nd Guest Bedroom includes a BRAND NEW TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BED with TWIN TRUNDLE pull out. All bedrooms have new mattresses for 2023. All Bedrooms include ceiling fans. The Guest Bathroom, with a full tub and large sink, and plenty of storage, is conveniently accessible by both guest bedrooms in the hallway. New Large capacity Washer/Dryer is suitably located in the hallway near all bedrooms. Included Amenities: 6 Beach Tags in season. 4 Beach Chairs and Beach Wagon for your convenience. Fine for the most part. Slider to the porch would not slide making it inconvenient to use the porch. It needs to be replaced. The house was clean and comfortable overall. Would stay here again.
